What does an "AI guy" actually do?

Think of what your accountant does for taxes. Same idea: I own an area you don't have time to master. I find where AI can make or save your business money, build the systems myself, run them, and report what they earned in actual dollars. You get the results without having to become a tech person.

I don't know what AI I need. Is that a problem?

It's exactly who this is for. You're not supposed to know. The audit answers that question: it tells you specifically where AI will make or save you money in your business, ranked by dollar value. You never have to pick from a menu of technology you don't have time to research.

How are you different from AI consultants?

I start with your P&L, not a product demo. Most AI shops show up with a tool and go looking for a problem it fits. I do it backwards: find where your business is losing money first, put a dollar figure on each fix, then build only what pays. And I actually build. Working systems running in your business, not a strategy deck and a handshake.

How fast does this move?
